Hack The Bank

Hack the Bank is an immersive cybersecurity experience that helps software-driven organisations build more secure applications by teaching developers to think and act like real attackers. Through hands-on exploitation of vulnerabilities based on the OWASP Top 10, participants gain practical insight into how insecure code is discovered, abused and prevented.
The journey start in The Grid, our Netflix-style online learning platform featuring cinematic hacking storylines, interactive challenges and progressive difficulty levels. Each track focuses on real-world attack techniques, combining storytelling and technical depth to maximise engagement and retention.

Participants then gather in our hacker basement in Utrecht (or in-company) for the live Hack the Bank experience. Working in pairs, they attempt to breach a virtual bank by tracing vulnerabilities, chaining exploits and extracting data and money. As the training unfolds, vulnerabilities become increasingly subtle and realistic, turning traditional security training into a competitive, high-impact learning experience.
