Frequently Asked Questions Techorama

This FAQ gives you the essentials about dates, sessions, speakers, and the practical side of attending Techorama. It’s the quickest way to understand how the event works and what you can expect once you’re on-site. You’ll find guidance on topics like planning your schedule, navigating the venue, and getting the most out of the talks.

Techorama takes place at Kinepolis Antwerp. The venue offers large cinema rooms with excellent Audio/Video for an immersive experience and comfortable seating.
The conference runs for three days. Day 1 (May 11) features full-day workshops; days 2 and 3 (May 12-13) feature keynotes and breakout sessions across multiple tracks.
Please read the full ticket terms and conditions. Tickets can always be transferred to a colleague without any cost.
Most sessions are recorded (with permission of speaker). Recordings will be made available to attendees via Techorama TV after the event. Make sure to buy a ticket where the recordings are included.
Yes. We provide vegetarian and vegan options, and can accommodate common allergies. Please contact us a couple of weeks before the event to inform us about your allergies.
Yes. We expect all participants to follow our Code of Conduct. Harassment or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated.
The venue is reachable by public transport and car. Parking is available on site; we encourage public transport when possible. Full details about the venue can be found here.
All sessions are delivered in English.
As of February 2026 we start publishing confirmed sessions and speakers.
For hands-on workshops, yes. Check the workshop description for prerequisites and any software to install beforehand.

When you buy a Techorama ticket, your invoice is available directly in the pretix ticket platform. You can download it at any time from your pretix order overview.

Techorama invoices are issued by Code & Coffee BV.
